Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Each product page has a size guide with measurements. Measure yourself with a soft tape over a thin shirt, then compare to the chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What if I order the wrong size?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a free replacement, with no return required. Just email support@tryformandflow.com with your order number and the size you'd like instead. (Note: once a replacement is processed, that order is no longer eligible for a refund.)
Will it work for a fuller bust?
Our sizes run S through XL. Check the size guide on each product page to find the best fit for you.
Comfort & Wear
Can I wear it under regular clothes?
Yes. It's designed to stay invisible under t-shirts, blouses, dresses, and workwear.
Can I wear it all day?
That's the point. Soft fabric, no underwire, and wide straps mean no pinching, even after hours of wear.
Can I work out in it?
It's great for low-impact movement like yoga, pilates, walking, and light strength training. For high-impact activity like running, we recommend a dedicated sports bra.
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 days and typically arrive within 7 to 12 days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
Our 30-Day Perfect Fit Promise: if your bra doesn't fit or arrives defective, we'll send a replacement free, with no return required. If you'd prefer a full refund, ship the item back unworn with a tracked carrier (return shipping is the customer's responsibility) and we'll refund within 3 to 5 business days of receiving it. Once a replacement or exchange is processed, that order is no longer eligible for a refund.
How do I request a replacement or return?
Email support@tryformandflow.com with your order number. A real person responds within 24 hours.
Can I cancel my order?
You have 12 hours after placing your order to cancel. After that, it has likely entered fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled.
Care
How do I wash it?
Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry. Machine wash cold & tumble dry low if needed. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean, and wash light and dark colors separately.
