Our 30-Day Perfect Fit Promise
Buying a bra online shouldn't feel like a gamble. If your Form & Flow bra doesn't fit the way you hoped, or arrives with any defect, we'll make it right.
If the fit isn't right, we'll send a replacement — free, with nothing to ship back.
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you a new size at no charge. There's no need to return the original — keep it, donate it, or pass it along to a friend. We'd rather you be comfortable than stand in line at the post office.
Here's how:
- Email support@tryformandflow.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a photo of the product (so we can confirm the item and sizing).
- Tell us the size you'd like instead, or describe the defect.
Please note: once an exchange or replacement is processed, that order is no longer eligible for a refund.
What's covered:
- Sizing that doesn't fit the way you expected
- Manufacturing defects such as broken hooks, loose stitching, or fabric flaws
- Items that arrive damaged
Would You Rather Have a Refund?
Sometimes an exchange just isn't what you need, and that's okay. If you'd prefer your money back, we're happy to issue a full refund within 30 days of delivery. If you choose a replacement or exchange, that order is no longer eligible for a refund — so if you think you'd rather have your money back, choose the refund option from the start.
To request a refund:
- Email support@tryformandflow.com with your order number to start the return.
- Ship the item back using the carrier of your choice. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Include tracking — we're unable to refund packages that arrive without a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive the item back in unworn condition, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

A few honest notes:
- One free replacement per order. If the second size still isn't right, reach out and we'll personally help you find the right fit.
- Once an exchange or replacement is processed, the order is no longer eligible for a refund.
- Refunds require the item to be returned unworn, with trackable shipping.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for refunds.
- We can't be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit, which is why tracking is required so we can confirm receipt.
- We reserve the right to decline requests that appear abusive or fraudulent. It's rare, but it happens.
Cancellations
We process orders quickly to get them to you fast. You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing support@tryformandflow.com with your order number. After 12 hours, your order has typically entered fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled.
If your order has already shipped, you can either refuse delivery (it'll return to us automatically and we'll refund you once it arrives) or accept it and follow the standard return process above.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier, it's in their hands for delivery. We aren't responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. At checkout, you'll have the option to add package protection, which covers your order against loss, theft, or damage on its way to you. We strongly recommend adding it for peace of mind. If you declined package protection and your order is lost or stolen, you'll need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
