Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 days of being placed. Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping Times

After processing, orders typically arrive within 7 to 12 days. Total time from order to delivery is usually 8 to 15 days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is a flat $4.99 on all orders, and free on orders over $60.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow a little time for the tracking information to update after you receive it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier, it's in their hands for delivery. We aren't responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. At checkout, you'll have the option to add package protection, which covers your order against loss, theft, or damage on its way to you. We strongly recommend adding it for peace of mind. If you declined package protection and your order is lost or stolen, you'll need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
